VIV MEA 2023 – International Trade Show from Feed to Food for the Middle East and Africa

Horti Agri Next was co-located with VIV MEA,  in order to offer a comprehensive platform for the agriculture and livestock production chain. This integration provided a one-stop-shop for industry professionals, suppliers, and buyers, with unparalleled opportunities for networking, knowledge sharing, and collaboration.

VIV MEA came back for the 4th time with an enriched conference program covering dairy, fish, poultry & eggs, cattle, calves, goat, and camels. Strongly driven by business, VIV MEA offered more products and trade opportunities to the MENA region professionals.

The co-location of Horti Agri Next and VIV shows created an integrated business platform that offered extensive educational and informative content to industry professionals, suppliers, and buyers in the agriculture and livestock production chain.

HORTI AGRI NEXT MEA WAS PART OF THE ABU DHABI AGRICULTURE & FOOD SECURITY WEEK

The Abu Dhabi Agriculture & Food Security Authority (ADAFSA) has launched the very first edition of Abu Dhabi Agriculture & Food Security Week in 2021. The week is framed by a series of co-located events and will be the largest Agriculture and Food Security ever to be held in the MENA region. By being part of the larger ABU DHABI AGRICULTURE & FOOD SECURITY WEEK, the show benefited from extra networking and business opportunities. The Agriculture Week also gave access to a Global Alliance of over 75 international associations, research and academic institutions, and NGOs, whose reach and expertise will ensure Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Security Week is one of the most important and recognised events on the global calendar.

MICROBIOME: HUMAN, PLANT AND ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH

– Applications and Challenges

This international conference on Microbiome was part of Abu Dhabi Agriculture & Food Security Week 2023.

The conference focused on the challenges and hurdles that researchers working in the microbiome field must recognize and navigate to successfully utilize the microbiome’s potential for humanity.

Through this conference, they aimed to integrate local and international researchers with common scientific objectives across a broad cross-section of sub-disciplines within the field of the microbiome.

The overarching goal of the proposed conference, UAE Microbiome 2023, was to gather a multidisciplinary microbiome research community to enhance the capacity building and skill development of researchers in the UAE.
